92nd LBA Annual Convention 2025

Date: Sunday, February 16, 2025
Cost: $40 per person members only
Times are as follows:
- 11:30 AM – Doors Open
- 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM – Member Arrival
- 12:15 PM – Family-Style Meal Begins
- Soup is Served / Followed by the Main Meal.
- Soup must be finished so waiters can collect the cups before serving the Main Meal.
- 1:15 PM – Meal Ends / Dessert Served
- 1:15 PM to 1:30 PM – Meeting Begins
- 3:00 PM – Meeting Ends.
- Members will eat before the meeting starts.
- No Assigned Seats. Seating will be OPEN.
- Members suggested Open Seating to allow for more mingling amongst members.
- If you have preferred seating please arrive early to save your seat.
The Menu is as follows:
- Soup of the day
- Entrees of Sirloin of Beef & Chicken Schnitzel
- Sides of Spätzle & Fresh vegetables
- Dessert
- Coffee & Tea Service
- Cash Bar for Soft Drinks & Alcohol.
Parking Info:
- Parking is available in the Edelweiss lot.
- Parking is also available at the Estelle Seib Community lot on the opposite side of the gas station from Edelweiss.
Members, please alert your Section President so that they can provide an accurate headcount by February 2nd.
